*RETURN AND REFUND POLICY*
Thank you for shopping at Mikore ("we", "us", or "our"). We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from https://shopmikore.com/. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on returns and refunds.
1. THE RETURN WINDOW
You have 2 days from the date you received your item to request a return. If 2 days have gone by since your delivery date, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY & CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging with all original tags, labels, and protective stickers intact.
You must provide the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase linked to the email address used for the order (shopmikore@gmail.com).
Exemptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons. These include:
Items purchased on "Final Sale" or clearance.
3. THE RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support team via email at shopmikore@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a Return Authorization email along with instructions on where and how to send your package.
Securely pack the item in its original packaging and mail it back to the address provided by our support team.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS
Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received an incorrect item or the item arrived damaged), Mikore will cover the return shipping costs or provide a prepaid shipping label.
Tracking: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. REFUNDS PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the product.
Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or original method of payment.
Processing Time: It typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution or card issuer.
6. EXCHANGES (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the exact same product (for example, to get a different size or color), please email us at shopmikore@gmail.com, and we will assist you with the exchange process depending on our current inventory levels.
Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 5-10 Business days.
7. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:
Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
